Review: cute, looks exactly like pic. the ribbon comes loose and you need to tie it yourself, dont panic! when i first opened it i thought it was broken but it was just that i needed to do the bow up myself! material is like a soft warm wolly kind of effect. also buit in coverage shorts underneath. i thought i could pull this skirt down to use it as a low waisted knee length skirt, but its actually fitted so you can only wear it high waisted like the pic shows. bummer cuz i wanted it as a 90s whimsy goth kinda vibe but still cute as a highwaisted mini skirt
